Features of our on-line booking system
- Check availability of rooms.
- Price - the system will automatically give you the lowest price available for your requested date.
- Make a secure reservation.
- Receive a Confirmation of your booking, which you can print out to present at you hotel on arrival.
- Your personal details are not asked for until you are completely satisfied that all details of your booking request are correct. Therefore you may browse availability and price at your leisure.
- Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason you should email or telephone the hotel direct.
- Confidentiality - please be aware that your personal details, including e-mail address will not be passed on from our booking engine to any third party other than the property with which the user has made a booking.
CREDIT CARDS:
Your credit card will not be debited until you arrival or depart the hotel. Please refer to the clause relating to 'cancellation' under Terms & Conditions below.
Terms & Conditions
All on-line bookings must be secured with a credit card guarantee.
Cancellation will be accepted free of charge 48 hours prior to date of arrival. Cancellation within 48 hours of intended date of arrival may incur a charge equivalent to not more than the price of one night accommodation, at out discretion. We will inform you in advance if it is intended to take this charge.
All rates are exclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
All rates include English Breakfast.
Check in time is from noon. Check out time is 11am.
Optional - Please inform hotel of your expected time of arrival if known. There is a box available for you to type this and any special request you may have at the end of the on-line Booking Details Form.
